My expertise is multifaceted and spans 39 years of experience in technology, training, education, and personnel certification and assessment within corporate and public sector organizations.

Holding an MS in Information Systems and a M.Ed..in Adult Education, I've successfully married my passions for technology and education.

Over the last 20 years I've had extensive involvement in corporate education, training, and technical certifications and have held relevant positions in Oracle, Microsoft and CompTIA. My breadth of experience includes courseware development - (Distance Learning, Instructor Led Training and eLearning and Online Content Delivery).

My first foray into performance-based testing was in 1987 where I developed two live application simulators for the U.S. Navy. Over the last 25 years I’ve taught technology courses at numerous community colleges and served as the Director of Computer Programs in Continuing Education at Bellevue College.

I've conducted seminars, presentations and training on six continents, presented at industry related conferences and have published articles on certification related topics in Oracle Magazine, Chief Learning Officer and Certification Magazine.

I served on the founding board for the Performance Testing Council and as the Executive Director (ex Officio). I continue to be active in designing and creating performance tests, providing subject matter expertise for testing and assessments, and serve on numerous IS Curriculum Advisory boards for higher education institutions. I recently completed ANSI requirements to serve as an ANSI Assessor for Personnel Certification Programs under ISO 17024.
